It is also necessary to perform a quick density test when rubber is mixed, but we have a lot of air bubbles and pores after the rubber is pressed, which makes the density test inaccurate, so how should we solve this problem, and what factors should we pay attention to when testing.
First of all, the density of the vulcanized rubber is detected during the detection, so that the density will be more accurate. Because the density of unshrunk tubing is very inaccurate. The porosity problem, the density before vulcanization and the density of the mixed rubber belong to the apparent density, and the density itself has a relatively large error, so the test density of the Heat Shrinkable Tube needs to be used for testing. As for the problem of foam and pores, after the mixed rubber sheet is pressed, we can use the density measured by assuming that the solid is incompressible, and the obtained porosity is mixed with Heat Shrinkable Tube and rubber, and then the foam is mixed with a small opening several times and then vulcanized.
Finally, the rapid test for testing the density of mixed rubber needs, because the rapid test serves quality control, so a small piece of non-porous and non-foam mixed rubber can be put into the liquid density before testing and the density standard can be averaged by several tests.
