The manufacturing process of Heat Shrinkable Braided Sleeve is relatively complex, including four parts: heat treatment, surface treatment, shaping process and stabilization process.

4. Stable processing technology of Heat Shrinkable Braided Sleeve
Special Material Braided Sleeve will generate internal stress during processing, making the elasticity and geometric dimensions of the product unstable. The purpose of stabilization is to eliminate stress and stabilize performance and geometry. The stabilization process of Special Material Braided Sleeve includes thermal stabilization process and mechanical stabilization process. Under normal circumstances, only thermal stabilization is performed, and mechanical stabilization is performed only when there are special requirements.
