1) Raw material problem: It is estimated that the transparent white carbon black is impure, or mixed with other white carbon black;
2) Coking problems: the mixing of the Cable Sleeve is uneven, the filling capacity is unreasonable, and the degumming temperature and time are not well controlled.
3) For raw materials: choose transparent white carbon black with better purity, and clean the kneader before refining the transparent Cable Sleeve;
4) For coking process problems: control the kneading temperature and kneading time, extend the original kneading time by 5-10 minutes, and then perform the degumming inspection.
In short, the mixing temperature of the open mill is too low; the degree of mixing is not enough, the degree of filler dispersion is not enough; the air is not exhausted during vulcanization. I don`t think it`s due to lack of sulfur; use a sharp blade to cut open the small bubbles and observe, if there are yellow things in it, it`s a problem with RD, because it seems that the hardness of the Cable Sleeve is low, RD is not easy to break up, and there is more operating oil , if it is added together with carbon black, it will easily cause carbon black agglomeration and foaming. Observe the shape of the vesicles. If it is irregular, it is a material dispersion problem such as RD, film, etc.; if it is round, it may be moisture or Others, but it is unlikely to be a moisture problem, and the vulcanization temperature is too high to cause vesicles.
