Notes on the use of Nylon Braided Sleeve

The pressure capacity of the Nylon Braided Sleeve mainly depends on the inner layer and the middle braided layer (polyester reinforced layer). If it is improperly assembled during use, it will cause airflow to enter the middle layer between the inner layer and the outer layer. At this time, the hose is mainly on the outside. When the layer is under pressure, the compression capacity of the Nylon Braided Sleeve will be greatly reduced, causing the pipe body to burst (the burst in this case is often the outer layer is damaged, while the inner layer is intact).

If the Nylon Braided Sleeve is used with a sleeve-type quick connector or a threaded joint/hose clamp with burrs or burrs, it may cause delamination and rupture of the Nylon Braided Sleeve body.
We can see that when the Nylon Braided Sleeve is inserted into the jacket-type quick connector, it is mainly sealed by the outer layer. In this case, the gas is easy to escape from the middle layer, causing the outer layer to explode and delaminate.
Try to avoid the use of Nylon Braided Sleeve that are sealed by the outer layer of the jacket type quick connector.
If the outer layer of the Nylon Braided Sleeve is found to be broken or the pipe body is delaminated during use, please check whether the sleeve-type quick connector is used and whether there are burrs on the connector and hose clamp.
If you want to use the sleeve-type quick connector, it is recommended to use a single-layer golden bull head PU tube if the pressure allows.
Notes on assembly:
1. When inserting the threaded joint, please do not apply grease or heat the threaded joint of the hose. Please heat the hose with a little warm water before assembling;
2. Please use a joint suitable for the caliber of the hose, trim the cut and insert the hose as far as possible. Be careful not to use burrs, burrs or scarred, rusty joints;
3. Please use a suitable size hose clamp, do not use inferior hose clamps with burrs;
4. Avoid using iron wire instead of hose clamp, and avoid excessive tightening of the hose.
5. Do not use jacket-type quick connectors for Nylon Braided Sleeve, otherwise it will easily cause the rubber hose to delaminate and burst.
