The production process of PET Zipper Braided Sleeve

1. Raw material preparation

2. Treatment of Open Type Braided Sleeve

3. Preparation of polyurethane resin

During the preparation process, certain fillers such as flame retardants, reinforcing agents, etc. can be added as needed to improve the performance of PET Zipper Braided Sleeve.
4. Coating process
Place the treated Open Type Braided Sleeve on the workbench, and use a scraper or brush to evenly apply the prepared polyurethane resin colloid on the Open Type Braided Sleeve. Pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during coating to ensure the uniformity and certain thickness of the coating layer.
5. Curing treatment
Roll up the coated Open Type Braided Sleeve and place it in a constant temperature box for curing. The curing temperature and time are determined according to the properties of the polyurethane resin and the curing agent. Generally, the curing is carried out at a temperature of 50-80℃ for several hours to dozens of hours.
6. Trimming and inspection
After the curing is completed, the cured Open Type Braided Sleeve is taken out for trimming and inspection. Trimming mainly trims off the excess Open Type Braided Sleeve to make it neat and beautiful. Inspection mainly involves appearance inspection and performance testing of the manufactured PET Zipper Braided Sleeve to ensure that its quality meets the requirements.
7. Packaging and storage
After trimming and inspection, the manufactured PET Zipper Braided Sleeve is packaged, generally with plastic film to prevent the intrusion of dust and moisture. The packaged products should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment.
