1. Flame retardant test

2. Tensile test

3. Join force test
The Heat Shrinkable Braided Sleeve to be tested is repeatedly folded at 180 degrees for 3-5 times, and then the pressure test is carried out.
4. High temperature resistance test
Take the 1-2m pipe to be tested and pass it through the tunnel furnace (120°C for 45 minutes), the surface should be free from yellowing, bubbles and other appearance defects, and then the pipe after high temperature is subjected to a pressure test and meets the pressure requirements.
5. High pressure resistance test
Sampling and sub-sampling of the pipe to be tested (high temperature, joint force test, tensile test), and then pass the corresponding conductor (copper rod or iron rod) through the Heat Shrinkable Braided Sleeve, and take one end of the pressure-resistant rod of the pressure tester Contact the conductor, and the other end moves back and forth on the Heat Shrinkable Braided Sleeve that the conductor passes through.
