1. Generally, the hardness of the material of the product is about 30~40 degrees, and the phenomenon of edge bursting is easy to occur, while the material with high hardness basically does not have this phenomenon. The reasons for the edge bursting phenomenon of the product are:

The amount of carbon black filled during production is too much and the amount of silicone oil is too large;

The silicone oil in the raw material is left for too long after the rubber compound is completed, causing the vulcanizing agent to gradually fail;

The amount of vulcanizing agent used in mixing is too much and the vulcanization temperature is too high;

The raw materials are too heavy, resulting in excessive burrs of the product, plus the soft material, self-cutting edges and other reasons.

2. However, if there are problems, there are corresponding solutions. According to the excessive number of multi-mold holes, the products produced have one or two edge burst phenomena:

The corresponding temperature can be appropriately reduced, the temperature of the lower mold will drop more, and the temperature of the upper mold will drop less;

If there are more edge bursts in the first mold, it is recommended to sandblast the mold, and then try again;

The mold release time should be shortened as much as possible to prevent the temperature of the mold core from dropping, and the frequency of exhaust should be kept at one time;

If the vulcanization time is relatively long, it can be added twice appropriately.
