Automotive Wiring Harness Protection Sleeve is a common Braided Sleeve product, and the ordinary Braided Sleeve can withstand high temperature between 200°C and 300°C. The highest temperature can reach about 350°C in a short period of time, and it is often used for Braided Sleeve with special performance requirements. Automotive Wiring Harness Protection Sleeve is a rubber hose composed of four or five layers of reinforced fabric layers and Cable Sleeve. The thickness of the fabric layer of the Cable Sleeve is 0.4mm to 0.5mm, and the product can be used continuously at 250°C and intermittently at 300°C.

1. Main features

2. Technical requirements
①Performance: The Shore A hardness is 60±5 degrees at 23±2°C, and the Shore A hardness cannot be >70 degrees.
②Burst pressure: able to withstand the burst pressure of 1.2Mpa.
③Ozone resistance: placed in an ozone atmosphere with a concentration of 50±5ppbm and a temperature of 40°C for 70 hours, no obvious visible cracks were observed on the surface with a magnifying glass
④ Compression performance: After the high temperature test, there will be no cracks or breaks on the outer and inner surfaces of the Cable Sleeve. the
⑤ Bonding between layers: When pulled apart at a rate of 50mm/min, the bonding force of the inner and outer layers should be ≥ 1.75KN/m.
⑥High-temperature and low-temperature performance: If placed at high temperature for 168 hours and at -55°C for 4 hours, there will be no cracks and fractures on the outer and inner surfaces.
