First of all, use high anti-yellow vulcanizing agent C-15 for Cable Sleeve, maybe this problem will be solved. General food-grade products have this requirement. To prevent yellowing after secondary sulfur addition, anti-yellow catalyst + anti-yellow agent must be used. The two are indispensable, but these two things will make the oil pressure production a bit sticky, which is something to pay attention to. Add 2-3 per thousand hydrogen-containing silicone oil according to the amount of cable casing. High hydrogen-containing silicone oil can solve the yellowing problem, but the product may be a little brittle and sticky to the mold. You can spray a layer of silicone oil on the mold to solve the mold release problem. Otherwise, only platinum bridges are used.

However, you need to pay attention to whether the Nylon Braided Sleeve you are using is ideal, and you cannot add too much internal mold release agent, zinc stearate, so you need to communicate with the supplier to see if there is hydrogen-containing silicone oil in it to provide anti-corrosion For the yellowing effect, powder is very important. If the iron content in it is too high, it will definitely turn yellow.
You can experiment and compare the common vulcanizing agent (without anti-yellowing agent) with the vulcanizing agent with anti-yellowing agent. Be careful not to add zinc stearate internal mold release agent. If it still doesn't work, it is recommended that you change to other rubber or use platinum vulcanizing agent. If there is sulfur or sulfur carriers in the environment (such as sulfur-vulcanized products that have just been baked in the oven), it will also cause yellowing of Nylon Braided Sleeve.
