Analysis of the production process of PET Braided Sleeve

The production of PET telescopic braided network tube can be mainly divided into 9 major processes: raw material-separation-yarn doubling-on-line weaving-setting-rolling (cutting)-inspection-packaging-storage.
1. Raw materials
The raw materials are all pet silk threads produced by new environmental protection materials, which ensures that the final Pet Braided Sleeve meets the requirements of environmental protection and flame retardancy. 2. Separation

3. Yarn
According to customer requirements, it is spun into a strand of multi-filament yarn, so that it can be finally produced into the corresponding silk-thread PET telescopic braided network tube. In general, Gujin Industrial mainly has monofilament, three-filament, four-filament, six-filament, and 20-filament, and the conventional ones are single-filament and three-filament. The machine is a doubling machine.
4. Online weaving
The machines in this process are full-process high-speed knitting machines. Gujin Industry has more than 300 full-process high-speed knitting machines, with a daily output of about 100,000 meters.
Five, stereotypes
After the whole process of weaving by high-speed machine, the PET telescopic braided network tube is round, which is inconvenient to roll and cut. Therefore, the general PET telescopic braided network tube will go through a shaping process, which is why there is a flat width parameter. The machine is a setting machine.
6. Rolling and cutting
The shaped PET telescopic braided mesh tube is generally infinitely long, while the size of the packaging tray is limited. Therefore, the rolling process is generally carried out, and it is customized to the length specified by the customer.
There are also some customers who need a specified length of PET Braided Sleeve, so the manufacturer needs to perform thermal cutting to prevent loosening. Generally, the cutting machine will have a tolerance of about ±2mm.
Seven, inspection
Products are equal to character, and quality is life. All products of Gujin Industry have been inspected before they are put into storage to prevent defective products from being put into storage. The inspection contents mainly include: yarn skipping, length discrepancy, etc.
8. Packaging
Wrap it with PP film to prevent unraveling, choose a suitable packing box, and pack it.
9. Storage
Qualified products are put into storage, and commonly used specifications of PET Braided Sleeves are usually stocked, mainly in black, and colors need to be customized.
