How to choose the formulation of 100% PET Self Wrap Braided Sleeve with different properties?

For example, for nitrile rubber used in hydraulic systems, except for special requirements, the hardness of the rubber material is divided into four types: 60°±5°, 70°±5°, 80°+5°, 88°±5° (Shore A) Hardness levels to meet the requirements of different pressures. Generally, 60~0 is low hardness, product is medium hardness, and 88 is high hardness. The 100% Pet Self Wrap Braided Sleeve used as a seal, in addition to considering the hardness of the rubber material, also requires the rubber material to have good comprehensive properties, small compression permanent deformation, especially high hardness rubber material, and good process performance is also essential. The design of high-hardness rubber materials generally requires a large amount of carbon black filling, and a large amount of carbon filling will bring difficulties to the rubber mixing process. During the rubber mixing process, the cable casing generates a lot of heat, and the rubber material is easy to scorch. At the same time, a large amount of carbon black will reduce the elasticity of the rubber compound and increase the compression permanent deformation. Therefore, the selection and coordination of the vulcanization system and the filling system in the compound formulation are very important. As far as nitrile rubber is concerned, in order to improve the heat resistance of the rubber compound, reduce the compression set, and improve other properties, low-sulfur (less than 0.5 parts) high-acceleration and sulfur-free and peroxide vulcanization systems are currently used. The combination of thiurams and sulfenamides, or the low-sulfur formula of thiurams or thiurams, vulcanizates have good physical and mechanical properties and heat resistance, small compression set, and are not easy to scorch.
As far as the design of medium hardness and low hardness rubber formulations is concerned, in line with the principle of simplifying the series of rubber formulations as much as possible, on the basis of a small amount of basic formulations, and by changing the amount of carbon black and softener, the design and test results are medium and low hardness. Low-hardness grade of rubber to achieve the purpose of not only facilitating production management, but also meeting the requirements of use.
