(2) Check whether the plasticity of the Braided Sleeve meets the standard. If the plasticity is too low, additional kneading should be added to increase the plasticity to facilitate the pores.
(3) Check whether the discharge temperature of the internal mixer is too high, whether the roller temperature is too high, and whether the knitting sleeve is scorched.
(4) Knitted sleeves that have been parked for too long should be reworked for supplementary processing.
(5) Formula adjustment, check whether the critical temperature of the vulcanizing agent is close to the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, and coordinate with each other so that the vulcanization speed and the foaming speed match.
(6) Adjust the machine pressure.
(7) If the moisture content of the compounding agent is too high, it should be used after drying to remove the air or impurities in the Braided Sleeve and make it fully vulcanized.
