① Only length less than 600mm can be made;

③The cost of the mold is expensive, the development cycle is long, and the output is low.
3. Dip coating: After the Braided Sleeve is liquefied, the product surface is wrapped with the Braided Sleeve material by spraying or dipping.
Dip coating products include: high temperature wire, glass fiber tube, finger cot, etc.
shortcoming:
①It can only be used for painting with the same color, and it cannot be registered;
② The thickness of the coating film on the upper and lower parts of the object to be coated is uneven;
③Large solvent volatilization;
④ easy to pollute the environment;

4. Calendering: The product has a regular thickness and an infinite length through the extrusion molding process of the numerical control roller distance equipment.
Calendered products include: woven sleeve rolls, table mats, coasters, window grilles, etc.
5. Injection: The knitting sleeve material is injected into the mold through liquid or solid. The product can be the same as compression molding, but the properties of the product are different.
Injection products include: medical accessories, baby products, milk bottle nipples, auto parts, toy accessories, etc.
