1. Differences in the production process

The inner wall of the pipe usually has a weld seam, and the Cable Sleeve is made of a round pipe blank as a raw material, which is drilled, cold rolled, and cold drawn through a hot extrusion production process, and there is no welding point in the pipe.

Second, the appearance difference of steel pipe
For Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve, the tolerances for wall thickness are very tight and the thickness is very uniform over the entire circumference. The steel pipe is slightly taller, the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe are brighter, and the length can be set arbitrarily. The precision of the seamless steel pipe is low, the wall thickness is uneven, the brightness of the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe is low, the cost of fixing the size is high, and there are black spots on the inside and outside of the installation. Therefore, Cable Sleeves are usually produced with thicker walls.
3. The difference between performance and price
Cable Sleeve has higher corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and high temperature resistance than Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve. With the improvement of the manufacturing process of Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve, the mechanical properties and mechanical properties are gradually approaching the Cable Sleeve. Cable Sleeve is more complex to manufacture and more expensive than stainless steel Braided Sleeving.
According to the characteristics and differences of Cable Sleeve and Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve, in order to achieve economical, beautiful and reliable effects, it is necessary to choose a reasonable application.
①When used as a decorative tube, product tube, or support tube, the surface effect is generally good, and Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve are generally required.
② Generally, Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve is used for low-pressure fluid transportation, such as water, oil, gas, air, hot water or steam, and other low-pressure systems.
③Power plants, nuclear power plant boilers, high temperature, high pressure, high strength requirements, high pressure, high pressure infusion pipelines, industrial engineering and large equipment infusion pipelines, should use braided network pipes.
④Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve is usually used for liquid delivery below 0.8MPal, while Cable Sleeve can withstand liquid delivery above 0.8MPa. If the pressure requirements are not high, it is more economical to use Stainless Steel Braided Sleeve.
