Braided Cable Sleeving

1. Regeneration of Braided Sleeve after absorbing water vapor
After the Cable Sleeve absorbs water, it can be removed by thermal desorption. There are many heating methods, such as electric furnace, flue waste heat heating and hot air drying. It is advisable to control the temperature of de-additional heat at 120--180°C, and it is advisable to control the temperature at 100--120°C for blue glue indicators, color-changing Braided Sleeve, and DL-type blue Braided Sleeve.
The maximum temperature during the regeneration of various industrial Braided Sleeve should not exceed the following limits:
①The rough-hole Braided Sleeve shall not be higher than 600°C;
②The fine-hole Braided Sleeve shall not be higher than 200°C;
③The blue glue indicator (or color-changing Braided Sleeve) shall not be higher than 120°C;

⑤The regenerated Cable Sleeve can be put into use again if its water content is generally controlled below 2%.
2. Regeneration of Braided Sleeve after absorbing organic impurities
①Roasting method: For coarse-hole knitted sleeves, it can be placed in a roasting furnace and gradually heated to 500°C--600°C. After about 6 to 8 hours, the rubber particles turn white or yellowish brown and can be taken out. For fine-hole Braided Sleeve, the firing temperature should not exceed 200°C.
② Rinsing method: absorb the knitted sleeve in saturated water vapor to reach saturation, then put it into hot water for soaking and rinsing, and use detergent in combination to remove waste oil or other organic impurities, then wash with pure water and then dry and dehydrate.
③Solvent flushing method: According to the type of organic matter adsorbed by the Braided Sleeve, an appropriate solvent is selected to dissolve the organic matter adsorbed in the Braided Sleeve, and then the Braided Sleeve is heated to remove the solvent.
