What are the processes for making Pattern Braided Sleeve molds?

April 10, 2023

In life, we all know that the Cable Sleeve can be made translucent or completely transparent. So is it possible to achieve a high transparency state? First of all, if you want to manufacture high-transparency Pattern Braided Sleeve, then the Cable Sleeve mold must be prepared, and the mold must be polished, and mold polishing is divided into various processes. What are the specific processes for making Pattern Braided Sleeve molds?

1. Electrolytic polishing: Electrolytic polishing is to use a small protruding part to selectively dissolve the surface of the material to make the surface smooth. Compared with chemical polishing, the effect of cathodic reaction can be eliminated, the effect is better, and the surface roughness can reach Ra<1μm.
2. Mechanical polishing: Mechanical polishing is a polishing method that obtains a smooth surface through plastic deformation on the surface of the cutting material. Generally, oil stone strips, wool wheels, sandpaper, etc. are used. It is mainly operated by hand. The ultra-fine polishing method can be used for high surface quality requirements. , the surface roughness of this technology can reach Ra0.008μm, which is the highest in the polishing process.
3. Ultrasonic polishing: Ultrasonic polishing is a polishing method that uses ultrasound as the power to impact the surface of the workpiece with fine abrasive particles at a very high speed, forcing the abrasive to process the surface to be processed, thereby reducing the surface roughness of the workpiece.
4. Liquid polishing: Liquid polishing relies on the high-speed flow of liquid and the abrasive particles it carries to clean the surface of the workpiece to achieve the purpose of polishing. Commonly used polishing methods are: abrasive jet processing, liquid injection processing, hydrodynamic grinding, etc. Hydrodynamic grinding is hydraulically driven so that a liquid medium laden with abrasive particles flows at high speed across the workpiece surface.
5. Magnetic grinding and polishing: Magnetic grinding and polishing is an abrasive brush formed by magnetic abrasives under the action of a magnetic field. After the workpiece is ground and processed, it has the advantages of high processing efficiency, good quality, easy control of processing conditions, and good working conditions. Under proper abrasive conditions, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.1μm.
6. After the mold is polished, it is not possible to directly produce completely high-transparency Cable Sleeve products, because the raw materials of the Cable Sleeve also need to choose high-transparency Cable Sleeve raw materials, so that the produced Pattern Braided Sleeve have a high degree of transparency.
