What are the technical standards for Pattern Braided Sleeve?

Different patterns of woven sleeves are applied to different products, and the test requirements are also different. Generally, the standard of Pattern Braided Sleeve is defined from the aspects of packaging, description, color, smell, tensile test and aging test.
1. Outer packaging: Visual inspection: Visually inspect the surface of the outer packaging to be clean and tidy, free from pollution and damaged.
2. Logo: Visual inspection: The logo is clearly printed and undamaged. Basic information such as model, name, weight, manufacturer, production date, and validity period should be indicated.
3. Instructions: Visual inspection: there should be a product instruction manual, which should contain the following content:
① Technical parameter information such as main ingredients, opening time, curing time, etc.
② Detailed usage.
③Storage method and matters needing attention.
4. Appearance: Visual inspection: The extruded silica gel should be a paste, without air bubbles, without skinning, smooth, without collapse and paste, and without foreign matter.
5. Curing status: Blade: The blade extrudes at least 10cm for a section, and after it is completely cured, cut a section every 5mm, and the cut surface has no pores.
6. Color: Visual inspection: The color should meet the design requirements without obvious color difference.
7. Smell: Smell: No strong irritating smell.
8. Extrusion property: actual measurement: the extrusion is relatively smooth, and the shape of the paste is good.
9. Tensile test: Mechanical testing machine ≥ 1.5MPa (except for silica gel with special requirements)
10. Cooling and heating cycle: high temperature 60°C, 2h; low temperature 20°C, 2h is a cycle, 3 consecutive cycles.
11. Water resistance: soaked in water for 12 hours after the silicone is cured, there is no obvious change.
12. Aging resistance: The test report conforms to the national standard.
