There are four reasons for the difficulty in exhausting Nylon Braided Sleeve:
1. If the exhaust distance is too large or too short, it should be strictly controlled between 1--5cm;
2. The primary exhaust is not exhausted, and the secondary exhaust can be solved;
3. The vulcanization time is not reached;
4. There are problems with the Cable Sleeve: moisture, uneven dispersion of the vulcanizing agent, and uneven mixing of the Cable Sleeve.
In addition, Nylon Braided Sleeve have difficulty in venting and shrinkage cracks are generally at the mold facets. To solve these problems, other details should also be paid attention to:
1. Pay attention to the amount of materials;
2. There is also whether the clamping edge of the mold is damaged, and it should be polished with an oil stone when necessary;
3. Whether there will be scratches when demoulding, and a little R angle should be poured at the place where it will be scratched;
4. It is also related to the use of inferior silica gel.
