②The exhaust stroke and frequency must be well controlled, and the exhaust frequency should be as little as possible. If possible, the exhaust stroke should be shortened as much as possible.
③ The amount of vulcanizing agent added can be appropriately reduced.
3. The self-demolition knife edge of the Nylon Braided Sleeve forming mold is too sharp or has burrs. Generally speaking, the braided mesh pipe with a hardness of about 20 degrees is suitable for small products and products with fine patterns. Usually, the size of these products is less than 1 meter. This type of braided mesh pipe: low viscosity, good fluidity, easy to operate, easy to discharge Bubble, tensile tear strength is good, easy to pour. For large-sized products, usually with a size of more than 1 meter, a mold-woven network pipe with a relatively high hardness is used.
