Why does the Automotive Wiring Harness Protection Sleeve have dark marks?

In the production process of the Automotive Wiring Harness Protection Sleeve, sometimes the produced products will have different colors and water ripples. This phenomenon is collectively referred to as "dark marks".

1. The temperature resistance of the color paste is too poor, causing water ripples on the surface of the Automotive Wiring Harness Protection Sleeve. The color of the Cable Sleeve with dark marks when the product is formed is made of two or more color pastes. If the temperature resistance of several color pastes is too far apart, some color pastes will not change color during high temperature molding, while some color pastes will change color due to poor temperature resistance, resulting in water ripples on the surface of the product after molding.
2. The color of the molding temperature exceeds the temperature resistance range of the color paste, resulting in inconsistent surface color of the Cable Sleeve product.
3. The unreasonable discharge method and the mixing of different batches of Cable Sleeve to form the surface color of the Cable Sleeve products are inconsistent.
Note: Dark marks belong to poor appearance and are usually unacceptable. Therefore, precautions should be taken according to different situations during production to prevent the appearance of dark marks. However, except for the decoration of Cable Sleeve that have color mixing requirements during design.
